Guasaca was born out of the belief that it is possible to offer food that is delicious, affordable, fresh, and healthy, all at the same time. Our family recipes are based on authentic Venezuelan cuisine, while still embracing some of the wonderful elements of American cuisine that you already know and love. It’s important to us that we make everything “in-house”, avoiding the use of any processed

ingredients to make dishes that are truly incredible. Our goal is to cook food that you will love that’s still healthy and affordable!
