Day 2 at euphoriagreenville was all about beating the heat and catching some real-time reactions ☀️🥣

Our very own Chef Huston (HUE) went out to chat for some mic’d up first bites, putting festival guests and peer chefs on the spot tasting our Chilled Corn Bisque.

The consensus?

Velvety. Refreshing. A favorite!

Big shoutout to Chris Coleman from Charlotte as well and every single person who stopped by our booth to share a bite with us.

Showing off Glasshouse’s skill, precision, and dedication to the craft outside our RTP walls made Day 2 unforgettable. Thank you!!

euphoria - DAY ONE recap! 🥂✨

Grateful to the entire euphoriagreenville team for hosting such an outstanding event for our first time there. Nights like this remind us why we love what we do while building the team that we do it with 💜

Behind the tent, Chef Kyle Fletcher showcased our farm-to-table ethos with a Chilled Corn Bisque, featuring local NC corn and NC shrimp, highlighting our zero-waste preparation that lets peak-season ingredients shine.

Thank you to everyone who came up to let us know it was some of their favorite of the weekend - we truly appreciate that and it’s what it keeps us movin’ and groovin’!

Out in the park, our team loved chopping it up with chefs while meeting some new friends, sampling around the field, and unwinding to Ripe (The Band)’s live set to cap off Night 1.

We couldn’t agree more, Scott. Chef Kyle brought home 1st place at Ripe for Revival with this dish, and it’s officially taking center stage as our September Spotlight.

Featuring a 10oz. Berkshire pork loin paired with charred cabbage, benne seed, and fresh peach chow chow. It won’t be around forever once our fall menu lands late this month, so pull up a chair while it’s still firing! 🍂🐖

As August wraps up and we head into September next week, we’re getting ready for an incredible month - hosting your amazing private events, brand new signature cocktails from Greg and the bar team, and a beautifu, full fall menu switch that Kyle, Jacob and the kitchen have been working hard on so far. We’re excited to unveil everything for y’all!

4 years! 💜 In restaurants, it’s very easy to get caught up in today’s to-do list and tomorrow’s worries. That’s why pausing to reflect on everything built over the past year is important.
