We have been featured in The Raleigh Report for having one of the best bowls of Pho in Durham! If you choose to read the report be aware that they categorize us as an "escape into the world of authentic Vietnamese cuisine." Positions:

Dishwasher
*Responsibilities - Maintain a clean kitchen area, properly wash/sort soiled dishes and prep food as needed.
*Schedule - Sunday-Saturday (excluding Tuesday) 10:30am-3pm & 4:30pm-9pm (Sundays are 11:30am-3pm & 5pm-9pm).
*Pay - $15/hr

Host
*Responsibilities- Answering phone, seating guests, handing out delivery orders.
*Schedule- Sunday-Saturday (excluding Tuesday) 5pm-9pm
*Pay- $12/hr

To-Go Packer
*Responsibilities - Maintain flow of delivery order monitoring (tablets), and pack all orders for to-go.
*Schedule - Sunday-Saturday (excluding Tuesday) 5pm-9pm
*Pay- $10/hr + to-go tips

Server
*Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, anticipate guests needs, take and serve food/drinks to tables, keep dining room clean and tidy at all times, deliver checks and collect payments.
*Schedule - Sunday-Saturday (excluding Tuesday) 11am-3pm & 5pm-9pm (Sundays are 12pm-3pm & 5pm-9pm).
*Pay- $20 Full Shift, $10 Half Shift + tips

Sous Chef
*Responsibilities - Direct food preparation and collaborate with executive chef, uphold visual standards and taste of dishes, assist executive chef with inventory and supply management.
*Schedule - Sunday-Saturday (excluding Tuesday) 4:30pm-9pm (for now)
*Pay - $18.75/hr

Please keep in mind that as we are a newer restaurant, we do not have the business that franchises have. It is our hope that with more people, we can turn over tables more rapidly and increase the speed in which dishes are prepared. Also, we understand that a 6 day work week is not ideal to most so, if you have friends or family that need work as well, there will be a rotating schedule.
**All positions are subject to a 90-day probationary period. You will be evaluated at the end of the 90 days. Raises will be merit-based.
