Hello !! First of all...I miss all of your wonderful faces!! You may or may not know but I am currently working in the Catering and Conference Services department at Choctaw Casino and Resort!! It is a very busy time of year as you can imagine. Many of you have requested recipes and or a cookbook. I understand this and hear your pleas. This will be a huge task. It isn't that simple since my recipes are for large quantities. It isn't as simple as adjusting the math as recipes can change flavor when they are scaled either up or down. You may have encountered this in your own homes. That being said...everything will have to be tested, recalculate, approved, written, etc...I wanted to address you all at once so you can know that I am not ignoring you, I care about all of you!! I would like to thank you again for a wonderful 27 years!! It is nice to know that we are missed and that we made an impact. Peace and love to all of you. Feel free to share and comment some of your Dining Around favorite dishes or memories.

Today was the end of the Dining Around era 1998-2025. We would like to thank you for your love and support. We consider so many of you family. It was a pleasure to cook for you!!

Special thanks to Beth Reed who was our longest standing employee of 10 years. Beth is our family and has been a huge part of Dining Around. We would not have survived this long without her hard work, loyalty and dedication. We wish her best of luck on her new chapter.

Special thanks to ALL past employees!!! You played a special roll in making Dining Around an award winning restaurant and Catering business that we were so proud of.

Special thanks to our corporate clients for all of the catering jobs through the years especially First United Bank who kept us busy since the beginning.
