Beauty and the Beef is is moving up the ranks on the top seller list. It's my favorite right now. We take Cross Creek Ranch Premium Meats wagyu top round and roast to medium rare, cool then slice daily. I make a smoked roasted red bell pepper sauce, then finish with red onion, onion crisp, cheddar, shop made pickled zucchini, shredduce, mayo and finally some celery salt, all on Breads ciabatta roll. Come and get it tomorrow. Open at 11

Fried chicken and smash burgers are back today. Come get some before you go get drunk at beer fest.!

And we're going to be closed next Saturday the 5th. Last year we were D.E.A.D. With whatever moto rally thingy that comes into town. And we have tot get organized for breakfast burritos and sandwiches starting the 8th 👍

New beer in the fridge and it might be my favorite IPA at the moment. A collab between Breakside Brewery in Portland and Barley Brown Brewery over in Baker City, Oregon. Taking the names from their best selling beers - Wonderlust and Pallet Jack - they've given us Wonderjack. It comes out once a year. 19.2 ounces of pure Pacific Northwest IPA perfection.

Smash burger Saturday, the same as fried chicken sandwich Saturday. Switched up the burger with some smashed onions and hatch green chiles. Same Cross Creek Ranch Premium Meats ground beef, our white burger sauce and American cheese on martins potato bun. Open until 3!

Smoked chicken salad day! We only have a few left for the afternoon. If y’all sell us out today, I’ll promise to make more next week and order more milk buns from Bread.

Tomorrow is the night! So excited to be hosting Drag Queen bingo with Aria PettyOne

Come early, come hungry and come thirsty 😁

I’ve decided to streamline the menu for this first one and see where we’re at. I’m also going to be outside smashing some burgers and frying up some smoked chicken wings 🙌

Counter service before bingo starts and then we’ll be walking around taking drink orders, etc. See y’all tomorrow!

Free Italian wine tasting this Friday from 4-6.

The red is 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Croatina. A young wine that is low in tannins, versatile and ready to drink now. $18 buy the glass Friday night and $29 retail.

A Tuscan rose using the Sangiovese grape. A substantial rosé that is great as we head into the colder months 🤞. But still refreshing with notes of cherries and blood orange. $20 by the glass Friday night and $38 retail.
