$20/hour | Daytime 9 AM–6 PM

The Pub Durango is looking for an experienced, reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking, can work independently, and takes pride in preparing quality food consistently.

What we’re looking for:

Previous restaurant kitchen or prep experience

Experience with batch cooking, sauces, and fillings

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of food safety and proper storage

ServSafe Manager certification a plus!

Reliable, efficient, and hardworking

This is a hands-on daytime position preparing our signature Irish pies and other menu items.

WE’RE HIRING — FLOOR MANAGER!

$25/hour | Non-Tipped Position

The Pub Durango is looking for an experienced, confident Floor Manager to lead our Front of House team during busy service.

We need someone who knows how to run a restaurant floor, support their team, handle guest concerns, and keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous restaurant management or floor leadership experience
- Confident leading FOH staff during busy service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, organized, and reliable
- Toast POS experience preferred
- Friday and Saturday night availability is a MUST
- Flexibility to work other evenings and weekends

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys hospitality, leads by example, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Pay: $25/hour, non-tipped

We’re looking for storytellers for the Seanchaí Storytelling Series at The Pub Durango, presented with Dark Canyon Chronicles and Horsefly History Tours.

Our first night is all about GHOST STORIES — local legends, Irish tales, strange encounters and the unexplained.

The Pub Durango is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our kitchen team. We’d love to find someone who wants to start in the dish area, learn the ropes of a busy kitchen, and eventually work their way into a cooking position.

What we’re looking for: • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen • Keeping dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized • Helping with basic food prep and kitchen tasks • An interest in learning to cook and growing within our team • Evening and weekend availability

No professional kitchen experience required! We're happy to train the right person who shows initiative, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a future in the kitchen.
