Enjoy a blend of plant-based Caribbean food:

- Summer Cream of Avocado Soup and Organic Spinach Salad
- Caribbean Curry Vegetable Fusion served with Steamed Forbidden Black Rice
- Mango Sorbet, with Toasted Coconut Shortbread Cookies.
