The Bodega was established in October of 2021 by a burning desire to bring authentic Puerto Rican food to the North Carolina scene. After living in Harnett County for over 20 years and not being able to find good island food, the decision was made to do it ourselves. Growing up, our father and uncles instilled the love of our culture and the island in us. We grew up appreciating authentic Puerto R

📢 This weekend, Sonia's food truck is serving up delicious eats at the Walmart parking lot in Erwin, NC! Swing by 590 E Jackson Blvd to grab a bite and support a local small business. Plus, a percentage of sales will go towards helping lay Aunt Udora to rest after her brave battle with brain cancer. Your support means the world to us! 🚚🇵🇷🍚

What a day! On a whim, we built a recipe for the masses today. Still working in the right toppings, but our Bacon Cheeseburger with Pepperjack cheese, seasoned platano straws and homemade Papaya Habanero sauce was 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 We can’t wait to unveil it soon!
