Tonight is Book Club at Apoteak!

We are gathering from 7:00 to 8:30 PM to discuss 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘌𝘹𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘦 by Michelle J. Griffin.

This book invites us into a beautiful conversation about healing, breath, embodiment, resilience, and the journey of returning to ourselves. Come ready to share what stood out to you, what challenged you, what softened something inside of you, or what you are still sitting with.

You do not need to have the perfect words. You do not need to have finished every page. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to be part of the conversation.
