The weather starts feeling a little nicer, the flip flops definitely aren't going anywhere, and our little town really comes alive.

Local markets. Festivals. Live music. Art. Craft b**r. Halloween fun. Beach days. Bike rides. Waterfront sunsets. ☀️🎶🎃

There always seems to be something happening, and that's one of the things we love most about calling Dunedin home — and one of the things our guests love about visiting this time of year. 💙

The best kind of neighbor. 🍹🌴

We could tell you how convenient it is having Marker 8 right here at Beso, but we think Angela said it perfectly. 💙

One of the perks of staying with us is having Marker 8 On the Water just steps away.

Pool day ➡️ grab a bite ➡️ cold drink ➡️ live music ➡️ waterfront sunset. 🌅

No getting back in the car. No deciding who has to drive. Just walk over, enjoy yourself, and when you're ready to call it a night, you're already home.
