Each Friday, the one and only chef Gerry, cooks up a breakfast special to serve through Sunday. This was his potato pancakes with creme fraiche, smoked trout, and roe. And here is what to look forward to for the rest of the month:

6/12-14: SHAKSHUKA - made with tunisian tomato sauce

6/19-21: NEW YORK, NY - Salmon lox, onions, capers, bagel, sea salt and chive whipped cream cheese, cucumbers, fresh dill, tomatoes, and furikake crunch

6/26-28: POZOLE VERDE - Mezcal braised pork, hominy corn, tomatillo salsa verde, onion, radish, on crispy tortillas
