I wasn't sure if I would make it to midnight! We watched football and then switched to the food network. We love to learn as much as we can from the food world!

All of us at Doughty Farms BBQ want to wish you all a happy new year!

We are entering into our 4th year! We would not be here today without all of our supporters! All of you that show up month after month! Some of you haven't missed one single month!

We will be starting back on the third Saturday of every month in January. We hope to see you then!

We are only doing loaded baked potatoes and pulled pork sandwiches this month.

Loaded potato with meat of your choice: Pulled pork, chopped hot link or polish sausage, or bacon!

Sides of baked beans or macaroni salad!

I posted this video this morning and it did not upload. So, here it is again. Shout out to Backyard BBQ and Chris Rowell for lending his smokers for this catering event. We would not have been able to do it without his support! I will update all of you with plans for the cook this month!

The catering event is over as of this post and it was a huge success. Thank you to the folks at the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum for allowing us to cater your event! To all of my friends and family that worked their tails off to make it a success, yall are rock stars! If you need an event catered, let us know!
