What’s for lunch? It was an appetizer day at an office in Charleston.
Menu: Shrimp cocktail. Fresh fruits, veggies, cheeses, cheese balls, crackers. Smoked salmon platter. Deviled eggs.
Meatballs. Assorted bread basket. Snickerdoodle cookies. White chocolate, orange, cranberry cookies. Yum! Thank you, April! I appreciate the booking❤️‼️

Hi everyone! Here’s the menu for this coming *WEDNESDAY* (9/30) individually packaged dinners to go.

It’s so nice having food prepared and ready in your fridge when you don’t feel like cooking!

-Please read-

1.) STUFFED PEPPERS:
Two pepper halves stuffed with sautéed ground beef, onions and garlic, rice, lots of cheese, smothered in marinara sauce and more mozzarella cheese. So good!
With garden salad $19
No salad $15
If you don’t want a salad please state -no salad- when ordering.

2.) CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP:
I made this last year as a test and have been thinking about it since!
From scratch chicken stock, sautéed onions and garlic along with bacon start the creamy base. I add pulled chicken, corn, kale, and top with bacon. It’s delicious! $14 for a 32oz to go container. If you don’t want kale you can tell me. Please state -no kale- when ordering.

3.) BANANA BREAD:
From scratch banana bread with or without walnuts. $12 per loaf
For the three of you (ha ha) that don’t want nuts please state -no nuts- when ordering.

It’s appetizer day at MtnESC. I always enjoy delivering to them as they have the cutest displays waiting for me. Today was football themed. 🏈
Menu: Ham and cheese sliders. Lil’ smokies in a blanket. All beef meatballs in a sweet and tangy glaze. Queso corn dip with tortilla chips. A graze box with blueberry goat cheese ball. Pasta salad with sun dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, fresh herbs. Thank you Mtn for today’s booking. I appreciate you!

I was lucky enough to secure a tree at Holly Jolly Brawley again this year. Yay! Can’t wait!🎉 I’ll probably ask for recipes again …I just think it’s the sweetest thing to see hand written recipes hanging from our tree that bring each one of us memories. Like I said last year, it’s OUR tree.

Hi everyone! Here’s the menu for this coming *WEDNESDAY* (9/23) individually packaged dinners to go.

It’s so nice having food prepared and ready in your fridge when you don’t feel like cooking! I’ve benefited from my own meals recently and it’s great if I do say so myself!

Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, and toasted chopped pecans. $18 with garden salad. $15 with no salad.

2.) PORK LOIN & POTATOES:
Oven roasted pork loin smothered in a mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh al dente green beans.
