Our brewery was built on a remediated brownfield site as part of a major environmental cleanup effort in Canal Park. Sustainability continues to be part of who we are today, from rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient systems to sourcing local ingredients whenever possible and doing our part to help protect Lake Superior. We’re more than a brewery — we’re a full-service restaurant serving burgers, sandwiches, tacos, salads, appetizers, and comfort food favorites alongside our handcrafted beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
