bobbing for apples — a caramel apple shaken espresso made with Phoenix Roasters baked cinnamon apple concentrate, caramel sauce + single origin espresso. shaken & served layered over milk. topped with a dried apple slice + caramel drizzle 🍎🍂

golden hour — a truly special latte to our team. crafted with single origin espresso, a housemade brown butter sweet potato sauce + milk of your choice. dusted with raw sugar crystals 🧈

breakfast at ctm — a french toast shaken espresso made with single origin espresso and a housemade maple brown sugar syrup. served layered over milk of your choice and drizzled with real maple syrup 🍁

frickin bats! — a maple pumpkin dirty chai! Phoenix Roasters maple vanilla chai concentrate, pumpkin sauce, espresso + milk of your choice 🦇

baked cinnamon apple nitro — Nicaraguan medium roast coffee paired with sweet apple cider, caramel & cinnamon 🍎

cookie butter cold foam — rich and decadent and topped with biscoff crumbles. dare we say the best cold foam we’ve ever made? add it to any drink! 🍪

sea salt caramel cold foam — she’s baaaaack! caramel cold foam topped with flaky sea salt. add it to any drink! 🧂

three. THREE?! seems fake but ok! 🎉🌟

this birthday week has been THE most amazing + humbling experience we have had in our three years as your lil local coffee shop. y’all broke sales records every single day of the week, with friday holding a record breaking hour (hellooooo brisket pizza) and a new ALL TIME sales record. 🥲

but beyond the numbers, what we witnessed from behind the bar was a community that truly came together. to share life over a cup of coffee. and when we say “coffee that matters” it really does. your choice to commune here directly fuels life transformation in our local Duluth community, as well the communities of our coffee farmers in Central America.

we are just so thankful. we love yall so much! and we will see you tomorrow 🤍

come celebrate next week with the return of VAULT DRINKS available ALL WEEK long! fan favorites from this past year’s seasonal menus, including the viral matcha-misu!! swipe for the complete menu 💫

we will also be celebrating with BRISKET THREE WAYS on our actual birthday — friday, 8/14! including a brisket pizza collab with Gordos NY Style Pizza Duluth Ga 🍕

the week will culminate with our third annual anniversary market on saturday, 8/15 from 10am-2pm featuring local artists, makers, & friends 🎨🫶

us 🤝 the moon because we are back to normal hours starting today!! we’ve have the best summer with you guys and are looking forward to a super sweet august! 😌 our updated hours are as follows:

monday-friday: 6am-5pm
saturday: 8am-4pm
sunday: 12pm-4pm

our gracie is moving on from her management role here at ctm x pr. our em will be stepping into her place as acting general manager!!

grace picked up and put together a lot of pieces within these walls. she brought in consistency, order, and carried on the legacy of excellence that sinclaire laid the foundation for. she is going to do great things in her next season of life and we will truly miss her.

tomorrow is her last shift on bar. yall come show her some love!!
