Matt is our kitchen manager at Driftless and Backpocket! He does everything from ordering our supplies, prep, to cooking on the line. He does it all🔥
We would be lost without him on our team!

What is our kitchen making today at driftless pizza👀? It has Red Sauce, Prosciutto, Charred French Pineapple, and caramelized onions? Can you guess? If you said our Hawaiitalian Pizza, You would be right. We know about the debate on whether pineapple belongs on pizza. In our eyes it does! Our cooks love making this unique and delicious pizza!
