If you've never had a Brisket Parfait, this Friday is your chance to see what everyone's talking about.

We start with creamy mashed potatoes, add slow-smoked baked beans, then layer on chopped brisket that has been smoked low and slow by Twisted Oak BBQ . It's all topped with fresh onions, pickles, and BBQ sauce for the perfect grab-and-go meal.
It just might be the best thing you've ever eaten from a cup.

Alright y'all... it's that time!

This week's special is the Brisket Parfait!

If you know about the Brisket Parfait, we'll see you Friday. If you haven't tried one yet, get ready to have your taste buds do a happy dance.

We layer mashed potatoes, baked beans, and chopped brisket in a cup, then top it with onions, pickles, and BBQ sauce. It's the ultimate grab-and-go BBQ meal.

We'll also have our smoked brisket sandwiches available Friday, along with our full breakfast and lunch menu.

Come hungry—we'll be ready!
We are located inside the Dublin Livestock Auction but you dont have to buy or sell a cow to come enjoy a delicious meal.
We open at 7am and stay until the cows go home.

Come see us today. We're located inside the Dublin Livestock Auction! We're serving breakfast until 11:00 AM, and today's lunch special is our slow-smoked pulled pork sandwich from Twisted Oak BBQ. Stop by and enjoy a great meal—you don't have to be buying or selling cattle to eat with us! We will be here until the cows go home.

Come see us for breakfast starting at 7am Friday! We have biscuits with homemade sausage gravy, breakfast sandwiches on Texas toast, and an open faced biscuit stacked with bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs and smothered with gravy.

Our Friday special this week is pulled pork sandwiches with chips or cole slaw. Slow smoked pulled pork cooked over oak, with homemade cole slaw and iced tea for $12.

You dont need to buy or sell a cow to come have a great meal. Come see us inside the Dublin Livestock Auction

This Friday's Special: Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Join us this Friday for our featured special—slow-smoked pulled pork sandwiches. This isn't crock-pot barbecue; our pork is smoked for 10 hours over oak wood on a custom offset smoker for authentic Texas flavor.

Each sandwich is served with your choice of coleslaw or chips and comes with iced tea.

Our barbecue is proudly provided by Twisted Oak BBQ

Whether you're stopping in for the special or one of our regular menu favorites, we'd love to see you. We are located inside the Dublin Livestock Auction

Its raining outside so its the perfect time to come out and get some lunch. Today's special is meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. We have smashburgers, corn dogs, steak finger basket, and the best chef salad in town. We will be here until the cows go home.

Join us Friday starting at 7:00 AM for breakfast! We’ll have all your favorites, including biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, and more.

For lunch, we serve smashburgers, chicken tenders, steak finger baskets, a chicken club, and our weekly Friday special.

This Friday's Special:
Three-Meat Meatloaf made with ground beef and breakfast sausage, covered in bacon, topped with melted cheese, and served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

You don't have to buy or sell a cow to enjoy a great meal with us—everyone is welcome!
