Empanada Dough Machine ✨

Meet one of the hardest working tools in our kitchen! Thanks to this machine, we’re able to roll out and cut far more empanada tapas than we ever could by hand.

First, we mix the dough. Then it goes through the machine, which rolls it out and cuts perfectly sized tapas. From there, every empanada is still filled, folded, and sealed by hand before being fried to golden perfection.

And just like that, an empanada is born. 🥟✨

Yucca fries are a lower starch option that are more crispy than potato fries. They have a similar taste but some people say they are slightly more sweet than potato fries. Here they are tossed in chimichurri served up with an empanada. Everything at Choripan is fried in tallow, as we are proudly seed oil free. A great, nutritious lunch for anybody ✨
