Meet Chef Ian Roche-
“I started as a busboy at 14 in a busy dive bar and instantly fell in love with the hospitality industry.” From dishwashing to bartending, he’s worked every position in a restaurant, but it was cooking that truly stuck. “For me, everyone has to eat… so why not indulge and enjoy the food you eat?”
His cooking style is centered around “the art of balance and refinement.” Inspired by chefs like Thomas Keller and Marco Pierre White, he focuses on “incredible ingredients handled with care and precision,” letting technique and quality speak for themselves.
But ask his favorite part, and it’s not just the food…it’s the team. “After spending hours day in and day out together, there’s no better feeling than looking down the line and knowing we all killed it.” Every service, he says, is “like an orchestra… and when it all comes together, there is no better feeling.”
