Located on 35 private acres high upon a hilltop in Dripping Springs, our Star House Cottage and Stella, our 31' Vintage Airstream provides the perfect Texas Hill Country getaway from the hustle and bustle. We are perched above sloping, tree-covered meadows, offering an incredible view that makes us the perfect place for nature enthusiasts, stargazers, birdwatchers, cyclists and romantics alike. Our eclectic Star House offers a fully furnished, 2-bedroom guest house as well as a charming vintage airstream trailer named Stella .Enjoy amenities such as wifi, HD Smart TV, bathrobes, and comphy linens. Since we are just 20 minutes outside of Austin, our location is convenient to a variety of local attractions. From Dripping Springs restaurants, wineries and brewery tours to hiking trails, swimming holes and more, there are always plenty of nearby activities to keep you busy. Join us Saturday, October 10 for a FREE day celebrating World Migratory Bird Day! Start the morning with bird walks at Dripping Springs Ranch Park and Charro Ranch Park, then head to Founders Memorial Park from 9 AM–1 PM for a festival featuring a hawk show, vendors, crafts, a community bird count and more!

Whether you're a birding pro or just curious about our feathered friends, there's something for everyone. 🪶🌿
