Dear Wonderful Samurai Patrons,

I apologize for the delayed update. I also miss a rich Hakata Tonkotsu, Spicy Super, and Spicy Miso.

Currently, we do not have plans for a new location this summer. While Utah has a strong economy, the costs of operating a traditional ramen shop have increased significantly—not only in the U.S., but also in Japan.

I will provide another update this summer, or possibly sooner if the right opportunity becomes available.
