I have the great privilege to drink Shamrock for the past 8 months. It works for that protein you need and knock out your workout. I drink one before and one after. Since I am what is known as a "hard gainer" I need a high calorie diet as well as 20-30 G or protein every 3 hours. Avacado and Banana chopped up with raw shelled H**p seeds and strawberries.

****drink water half your body weight in water 💧 I'm 191.6 so 95.8oz today!!! That's 6 water bottles.

My new techniques:

I drink a water bottle immediately upon waking up and one before sleeping. So I disperse the remaining 4 thoughout the day after my prayer times.

I workout slow and never go over 1 hour. I also I also do many reps without overloading the bar. I keep it light. *one mistake is used to do was go heavy. Not anymore.
