You know how much I love my dog, right? So, whenever we use the smoker, we always make something special for him. Today, we made smoked pigs ears. They look nothing like the ones you buy at the store. They puff up to about 2 or 3 inches, they're full of air, and even though they're hard, he can still chew them. They're so much better than the store-bought ones.
