Happy birthday to my Danish baking buddy, Viola!! ❤️🇩🇰 My kitchen/bakery is always open to you! I hope we can bake together again!!

On my first trip to Denmark I had the privilege of making a new baking friend, Viola! We made apple pie with apples from her tree and with her sister Karla!

The next year, I took and Rachel to visit on their birthday trip to Copenhagen! Danielle made traditional apple pie and Viola and I made chocolate chip cookies!!

Join me in wishing Viola a happy birthday from her extended California family! 🎉
