The bone is the first thing you see — browned to perfection, standing up off the plate like it has an announcement to make. It does.

Under it: a bone-in cutlet that covers the platter edge to edge, fontina and pecorino melted right into the crust, cherry peppers scattered red and gold through the white wine, garlic, and butter pooled beneath. Crispy potatoes on the side, there for the sauce as much as anything.

One guest finished his and told Google: “don’t walk, don’t run — SPRINT.” Now you know what he saw coming toward the table. The Pork Chop Martini. Worth the sprint.

Calabrian Tiger Shrimp
Chili-butter shrimp ¡ charred lemon ¡ focaccia

Tiger shrimp, kissed by the wood-fire and bathed in Calabrian chili butter — that small, fierce southern chili turned silky and warm then brightened with fresh herbs and a squeeze of charred lemon.

Alongside comes our house-made focaccia, and it isn’t a garnish. It’s the whole point: you tear it, drag it through the chili butter pooled on the plate, and suddenly understand why no one at the table is saying much.

Sweet shrimp, gentle fire, good bread, and butter worth chasing. It’s one of our wood-fire signatures the kind of plate that makes the whole table lean in at the same moment.
