Our crew will be on hand from 11am-3pm with our hot new item, the Churro Sundae, and our newest ice cream sensation, American Dream, which has quickly gained popularity. To avoid disappointment, please arrive early, as supplies are limited.

This little cutie right here has a last minute surprise opening for Saturday June 6th. It's RARE Happy Camper Ice Cream has a Saturday open during the summer, so grab the date while you can. Matilda (the food truck) is available for weddings, open houses, birthday parties, graduation parties, corporate employee / customer appreciation events, and anything you can really think of.

Introducing the Churro Sundae.
It's 2 scoops of our creamy vanilla ice cream drizzled with salted caramel with whipped cream on top and churro bites nestled around it.

They are available on a first come first served basis and are limited in quantities.

Make sure to stop by and check out our other unique items such as hand packed ice cream sandwiches made on the spot with bakery fresh cookies. We'll also be debuting a NEW SPECIALTY ICE CREAM flavor as well!!!
