We seriously can’t thank everyone enough for all the love and support you’ve shown Boricua Bites. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and especially every review means more to us than you know.

Seeing people enjoy our pernil, empanadas, arroz con gandules, flan, sauces, desserts and everything else we’ve put so much love into makes all the long days and late nights worth it. 🥹❤️

We started this by simply sharing our food and culture with our community, and now we’re getting ready to take Boricua Bites into its next chapter with our very own restaurant. 🇵🇷🐸🔥

WE MADE THE PAPER! 🥹🇵🇷

Seeing Boricua Bites – ANNJ LLC in print today hit a little different.

What started as an idea, some homemade food, and a whole lot of dreaming is becoming a REAL restaurant in downtown Enid.

Today our official licensing notice appeared in the Enid News & Eagle, AND Enid Buzz announced that Boricua Bites is coming soon. 😭

We still have renovations, inspections, licensing and plenty of work ahead of us — but every little milestone gets us closer to opening those doors.
