Back in 2020, our burritos were just an unconventional dinner for friends. Today, we're celebrating six years of serving up breakfast (and now lunch!) burritos made with quality ingredients and a whole lot of heart. 🌯🎉

The Founding Fathers may not have had breakfast burritos…but we like to think they would’ve signed off. 250 years later, we’re just grateful we get to fire off the holiday with good food, good company, and something probably a whole lot better than whatever was on the menu in 1776.

That's why we craft them using things like green chiles from Hatch, New Mexico, a real cheddar/jack cheese blend, eggs from pasture-raised chickens, and Yukon Gold potatoes, all paired with a high-quality protein.
