- You can now find us at Outskirts Mini Farm in Mishawaka, IN. once a month from June-October. Our first ever market there will be this Saturday! Come join us for some farm fun & supporting local vendors like ourselves.

- Sunday is the opening market day in Stevensville, MI. We met so many new bread friends for their Mother’s Day Market and we are so excited to make more this Sunday!! 😃

Menu Highlights:

🧀🌿 Asiago, Rosemary & Thyme- This flavor was asked upon by a customer who swore it was the best and come to find.. it truly is! Inspired by a popular bagel bakery in Detroit this loaf brings in so many unique flavors you just gotta try yourself!

🍒🫘 Cranberry & Walnut- Fresh Tart cranberries and toasted walnuts create the perfect flavor combinations. This bread is a sweet loaf which can be eaten as a breakfast or simply slather some butter on it after toasting.

🔥🍢 S’mores- Yes, you read that! Bringing the campfire desert but turned into a delicious bread! This loaf has marshmallows, graham crackers and our well known Belgium chocolate throughout. It’s an amazing loaf of bread and I wish you could smell it baking 🤤

New Flavors:

🍪- Cookies & Cream: My popular cookie, with crushed Oreos, white chocolate & topped with an icing drizzle and Oreos.

🍌🍪- Banana Pudding: This cookie gets so much attention and for good reasons, it’s amazing! This cookie has fresh banana, pudding, white chocolate chips, house-made vanilla wafers & is topped with an icing drizzle, banana, white chocolate chips and a vanilla wafer.

🫙- Granola Jars & Bags-
🥜 Peanut Butter Granola- Organic oats, rice cereal, maple syrup & organic peanut butter.
🫘🍫🥥 Almond Joy Granola- Organic oats, organic rice cereal, chocolate chips, organic almonds & coconut shreds.

🍯 Sticky Pecan Buns- They’re back!! Only for a limited time and I will have packs of 4 or 6 available at each market this weekend.

Yet another beautiful day at the market and a successful one at that!! Arrived with 47 loaves of bread and left with 2 and a few cookie boxes.
First off, Thank you to everyone who stopped at Niles Homegrown Market just for us!!

Meeting everyone just gives me so much validation that this is what I’m destined to do, bring fresh, organic and delicious breads/baked goods to the community 🫶🏻

These turned out so beautiful and they taste even more amazing! Made with ALL organic and locally sourced clean ingredients surely to help fuel anyone’s morning or have as a quick snack. Packed with organic flax seed, raw organic oats, raw organic honey & all those healthy benefits from sourdough all in a jar. Did I mention gut healthy!?! 🎉

We love eating ours with our raw organic yogurt, as a delicious cereal, fruit parfait or just eating straight out of the jar 🤭

🤎 Rustic Rye- This bread is on my favorites list. I love all things rye bread! The aroma from this loaf makes you wanna pile it high with pastrami.
🍓 Strawberries & White Chocolate- This bread has our homegrown organic strawberries & white chocolate throughout. This loaf is a sweet bread giving your morning the perfect start.
🐶 Dog Treats- Yes, you read that. I’m bringing your fur babies some treats too! Made with organic whole wheat, organic rolled oats, organic cornmeal, organic peanut butter & local raw organic honey. These treats are easier on you pups tummy to digest and sourdough has health benefits too! This recipe is vet approved!
🥖 Hoagie Rolls- These pillowy rolls are ideal for sandwiches. Perfect for little ones for a quick bite and pair well with any dinner as a side.
🫙Granola Jars- Homemade Organic granola housed in a beautiful jar ready for any yogurt, eating it as cereal or just a snack in the car. Each week we will have a different flavor!

My first EVER peony has bloomed and I’m so excited!! I’m not just a baker, I also LOVE flowers and gardening. This summer I’m growing flower beds so by next summer you can grab some tasty sourdough and snag some beautiful flowers to take home as well at my markets. 💐
