Welcome to Meet the Makers Monday, where we’re introducing the crew behind the Wounded Minnow—from the owner to the bartenders, kitchen crew, and everyone in between. You’ll get to know the faces, the personalities, the questionable snack choices, and the behind-the-scenes chaos that keeps this place running.

First up? The guy who started it all… Kyle Belew.

Fair warning: He may own the place, but that doesn’t mean we’re going easy on him. 😏
