We are a 3bbl nanobrewery and Street Taco Kitchen in downtown Dover, NH, focused on brewing high quality, inventive craft beer. Our main passion is the New England IPA, but you'll find a constant rotation of fruited sours, Saisons, Stouts and Lagers. Our small scale, paired with our brewer Nicole's creativity, means you'll consistently find new offerings alongside our core lineup of New England-style hazy beers. Our taproom is open 6 days a week, currently for both outdoor patio and indoor seating, with reservations available through the link at the top of this page. We package every beer that we produce in a limited quantity of 16ozs cans available at the brewery. Supplies are extremely limited on to-go beer releases, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most accurate availability. We currently have ONLINE ORDERING for 4-packs of our beer, when available. The link to our ordering site for curbside pickup can be found farther down this page. We have a rotating selection of creative street tacos available daily as supplies last. Current menu can be found on our website.

As this is 2026 Banned Book Week, they’ll also be here signing folks up for library cards and celebrating the freedom to read and write without censorship.

This week we’re celebrating our boy Brando. He’s moving on to new adventures next week and our kitchen simply wouldn’t be what it is today without him shaping it and helping me to grow it over the past 5 years. The amount of ridiculous specials and permanent additions to our menu he’s made have elevated us beyond what we thought our kitchen could ever be.
Today he’s got a classic that you absolutely do not want to miss: Philly Cheesesteaks.

Back from another truly inspiring trip out to Yakima Valley for hop harvest and selection. Gotta throw a million thanks to the entire team Yakima Chief Hops and Yakima Chief Ranches for an amazing experience, and to Bale Breaker Brewing Company, Loftus Ranches and Sauve & Son Farms for giving us an inside look at your facilities and process. Just wild.

As we roll into Fall, just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone that made this summer so incredible. We poured more b**rs and fried more chicken sandwiches than we ever could have imagined. Y’all came out to support us in Dover and we got to meet so many new faces and friends.
Looking forward to a rad NH Fall, but in the meantime, the patio’s still open, fire pits engaged and some more fun things coming soon!
