We are a 3bbl nanobrewery and Street Taco Kitchen in downtown Dover, NH, focused on brewing high quality, inventive craft beer. Our main passion is the New England IPA, but you'll find a constant rotation of fruited sours, Saisons, Stouts and Lagers. Our small scale, paired with our brewer Nicole's creativity, means you'll consistently find new offerings alongside our core lineup of New England-st

yle hazy beers. Our taproom is open 6 days a week, currently for both outdoor patio and indoor seating, with reservations available through the link at the top of this page. We package every beer that we produce in a limited quantity of 16ozs cans available at the brewery. Supplies are extremely limited on to-go beer releases, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most accurate availability. We currently have ONLINE ORDERING for 4-packs of our beer, when available. The link to our ordering site for curbside pickup can be found farther down this page. We have a rotating selection of creative street tacos available daily as supplies last. Current menu can be found on our website.

It’s a little hard to process but this is our 10TH YEAR brewing our favorite Double IPA, Edison. We first dreamed up this tropical paradise in 2016, in a very different craft beer scene. We were still serving flights only, no food, Willow was a brand new nugget, and we had no idea what the next 10 years would bring.
Excited to share Edison as it is today; over the years it’s evolved with new yeast and hops, but still stays true to to the mango-smoothie vibe that swooned over at the start.

Brand new one for ya today! Sci-Fi is a bright and light New England IPA brewed with some really fun new Advanced Hop Products. There’s a ton of innovation around hop usage, to max out flavor without all the plant matter of traditional hops. We absolutely love nerding out and being able to play with these on a small scale.
Sci-Fi uses Rakau Hop Kief, Southern Cross Hop Kief and Citra Cryo. It’s got a refreshing profile of white peach, bellini and passion fruit.

Vibes are high and the stoke is real! We’re pumped to be part of the first Seacoast Seek alongside ʙ ʀ ᴀ ɪ ɴ ꜱ ᴛ ᴏ ʀ ᴍ and Treeline Outfitters
Saturday is the first ever scavenger-hunt-style ride starting in Portsmouth and ending at our spot in Dover. Teams up to 4 trying to check off as many items on our (ridiculous) manifest in 6 hours. Hit the link in bio for details; registration is day-of at Treeline.
It’s been incredible to cavort about the Seacoast gathering items for Saturday’s ride. You’ll know many of the spots, but we hope you find some new gems to take with you on the next trek. And of course, shouts out to Brainstorm for not only the spark of the idea, but the incredible design work for the project (and prizes!)
