My name is Katie and along with my other half Ken we own and operate Crazy Heifer Smokehouse / Bake My Day Cafe. We started out small in a farmers market and then in 2019 we bought our food trailer and built it ourselves. Our most popular items are our BBQ and Mac n Cheese but we do everything from Chicken Alfredo to Strombolis. You see we aren't just a food truck, we also cater. When we cater we

A little sneak peek of the cracker lineup for our upcoming charcuterie catering! 🧀🍇🥩

We don't believe in serving just one type of cracker and calling it a day. Variety is the name of the game! This spread will feature:

🌿 Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits
🥙 Mediterranean Herb Pita Crackers
🥕 Garden Veggie Good Thins (Gluten Free)
🧂 Sea Salt Dipping Thins
🧄 Trader Joe's Organic Garlic Naan Crackers

Now all that's left is adding the meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, and all the other goodies! 😋

We're sorry, but there will be no Carnivore Cake today.

We took on a last-minute catering order for 200 people this Wednesday, so we've spent the last few days prepping food, gathering supplies, and getting everything ready. Unfortunately, that means we weren't able to make Carnivore Cake for today.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll still stop by for some BBQ! We're open until 3 PM or sold out.
