An update on our tasting menus:

Beginning Thursday, October 1, 2026, the 9-course tasting menu at Stages will increase from $175 to $200 per person, while our Thursday-only 6-course menu will increase from $115 to $130 per person.

We know that an increase in price is meaningful, and we don’t make this decision lightly. The reality is that running a restaurant is more expensive than ever, and these changes reflect the costs of the time we’re living in while allowing us to continue doing what we do with the care and intention you’ve come to expect from us.

Please note that all Stages reservations are made through Tock, which now automatically includes gratuity and service fees when booking. Beverage pairings are not included, but can still be added to your reservation at checkout.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to support independent restaurants and the people behind them. It means more than you know.

Last month, we brought home a James Beard Award—the first ever awarded to a New Hampshire chef or establishment in the foundation’s history. But this recognition isn’t just for us.

It’s for the independently owned and operated restaurants that pour everything they have into their teams and communities. It’s for the farmers, fishermen, and purveyors whose work makes ours possible. It’s for the chefs who have spent their lives trying to prove—to themselves and everyone around them—that opening a restaurant was the right choice. It’s for the up-and-coming talent who wonder if they’ll ever have the opportunity to thrive in this cutthroat industry. It’s for all of us here in New Hampshire.

We are incredibly honored to be the first, but we’re confident we won’t be the last.
