We've been quiet because we've been extra busy this past spring and summer. We are officially under contract with our former home. It's a short close time so inspections and due dates are gonna come quickly. We are so excited to move on from this wonderful home and I'll surely miss all of the memories made here. Here's to seamless process until closing 🤞🏼

610 Bennett Street is about to be back available for rent! I've had a wonderful tenant but her new home is nearing completion and she's getting ready to move in!

I'm still debating on Short Term Rentals for De Turf and SATB. A long term tenant at this point would be so much easier for me though. Just throwing feelers out there!
