I'm still debating on Short Term Rentals for De Turf and SATB. A long term tenant at this point would be so much easier for me though. Just throwing feelers out there!

Town of Milton investors!
New ordinances effecting Airbnb and VRBO.

1. On call person for a unit must be local and available 24/7.
2. Oh call person must be able to arrive at unit within 1 hour.
3. Occupancy limits of 2/bedroom with children under 6 being an exception.

Milton Town Council has passed an ordinance that amends code on rentals to include a section on short-term rentals such as Airbnbs. Council intends to go further in its attempt to regulate short-term rentals by having the planning and zoning commission look at the zoning implications of short-term rentals; this first ordinance was viewed more as a licensing measure than zoning.
