Just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Link's Heating and Cooling for taking care of both the bakery and my home for me this summer! The AC on my parents side of the house went out yesterday and with it being their first summer in the south the heat is rough on them! Link's was out at my house at 8am today and by 8:30am it was repaired. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I call over the phone I'm treated like a valued customer and it means so much 🫶 from office staff to the HVAC technicians, truly an awesome team!

The bakery was dangerously high temps earlier this summer and they got me taken care of over there too!

Thank you guys 💝 truly great people!

When you lose your father unexpectedly to a massive heart attack and spend the next two years of your life doing everything you can to better your own heart health. And your new Dr. tells you that your resting heart rate is that of a "marathon runner"
😭😭😭 hard work pays off and Dad would be so proud. The only marathons being run over here are baking marathons but seriously.... I decreased my caffeine from 400mg per day to 200mg per day. Started walking at the track regular. Implemented an in depth supplement routine. Started a small home farm for fresh healthy eggs and to get more physical activity in. Started packing my own food to take everywhere with me. Got completely rid of iodized salt and now use only celtic salt. Stopped consuming thing like Gatorade and instead ordered a supplement of 6 electrolytes with no artificial ingredients. Started TRT to fix what long term stress killed in my body. And now, I will finally start the process I gave up on years ago...Trying to get a diagnosis for whatever autoimmune disorder gives me the most God awful flare ups. To start we are testing specific inflammatory markers after finding lab evidence that suggest high levels of inflammation (which I've known).

Happy tears for progress and the greatest news... my heart is getting healthier each day 💓 thank you Lord 🙏
