Last night officially kicked off our 2026–2027 W**e Society season, and let us tell you—it was one to remember.
It was such a pleasure to serve you all. Between the conversation, the w**e, and each course coming to the table, it felt like one big family dinner. That’s what we love about these evenings.
Our W**e & Wagyu menu featured:
-Wagyu meatball with fire-roasted tomato and basil marinara, grilled ciabatta, and roasted garlic & beef tallow butter, paired with Kitz Rosso 2025
- Wagyu steak, pear & blue cheese salad, paired with Gewürztraminer
- Iberico pork secreto with white bean purée and chimichurri, paired with Pinot Nero
- Wagyu strip with shoestring fries and truffle ketchup, paired with Rosé of Lagrein
- Dessert to finish the evening
We began with a welcome pour of Sauvignon Blanc Blend “Kitz,” followed by w**es from Tenuta Rottensteiner in Alto Adige, Italy. A special thank-you to Judith Rottensteiner for joining us and sharing her w**ery’s story, and to Mark Cerimele of RARM Imports for helping bring W**e & Wagyu to our table.
And to Chef David, Sous Chef John, and our entire kitchen team—thank you for the care and creativity you put into every course. You gave us a dinner we’ll be talking about for a long time.
Thank you to everyone who spent the evening with us. Here’s to a season of good w**e, good food, and many more nights around the table.
