Dover Stone Church Brewing

Dover Stone Church Brewing Our Vision: Tap into the beauty and history of , The Harlem/Hudson Valley, and OUR town through our distinct specialty beers. Slainte!

Our research and development took us far and wide this summer as we continue to pursue a beer we can truly take pride in. A tropical paradise, Vermont, The Southwest United States, and Ireland. We had amazing beer experiences including tasting and meeting with some amazing brewers. Our experimental brews this year included a spicy diablo ipa, an amber ale and an amazing chocolate milk stout. Our original plan was to focus on juicy, hazy ipas but our trip to Ireland has taken us back to our roots of family and craic. We were raised on stouts and they feel like home. We have some major decisions on where we want to go from here and we thank you for continuing to follow us as we take our time in doing it the right way. Slainte!

"Perfection is attained by slow degrees; it requires the hand of time." Voltaire

OUR SYMBOL: A stylized version of the outline of the beautiful Stone Church Cavern topped with a feather and a halo. The halo represents the sacred site but also creates a Native American Headdress with the feather attached. The feather symbolizes the Pequot Sachem Sassacus and his warriors that used the Cave as a refuge from the English over 400 years ago.

We continue our pursuit of the perfect brew that represents the history and beauty of our town and Stone Church. We are currently nano brewing and in the process of research and development. Thanks to all who continue to watch for progress and to those who are helping support our dream with positive vibes.
