We appreciate ALL the love and support you showed us last week.

Recognizing that we served more guests than ever before thus creating wait times that were significantly longer than ever, we felt it was necessary to address some things up front.

We love our community and we want everyone that visits our cafe to have a great experience.

Now that we have gained more awareness, we are actively seeking solutions to increase our output in order to efficiently serve you all in a timely manner, and always in a spirit of excellence.

This week our cafe saw a 72% increase in sales over recent weeks, which led to us selling out of multiple items.

In order to provide the best service and experience possible for our guests, we've decided to close on Monday in order to replenish our inventory, reassess our staffing needs, and make adjustments to accommodate this new level of volume.

We greatly appreciate your love, support, patience and understanding.

The Dirty South Waffle Flight has officially launched!

Before the public launch, we invited 5 influencers to come out on Friday, September 18th to sample the flight.

We took all the feedback from our guest preview on Wednesday, made some tweaks to the flight and were able to present an even better dish.

One of our influencers was also a loyal guest, so she was able to speak to the changes we made and gave us some great feedback.

We are so excited to bring this menu item to Douglasville, and we hope everyone enjoys it!

The Dirty South Waffle Flight is launching September 21st!

Before the public launch, we had 3 preview events. Day 2 was our First Responder Waffle Flight Challenge!

Huge congratulations to Douglas County Fire & EMS!

Did you know the flight will be offered as food challenge for the public? That's right! More details to come.

We are so excited to be launching this secret menu item this Fall, and extremely grateful to the first responders that participated in our second Preview Day.

Before the public launch, we had to hear from the most important people first, and that's our loyal guests!

So we invited 10 guests to join on Wednesday, September 16th to sample the flight and give us their honest feedback... and that's exactly what they did.
