S.O.B Bacon Dry Cured Small Batch Bacon. Welcome to Society of Bacon. (some call us S.O.B.) This is not your typical grocery store bacon.

We’re a specialty bacon company who knows a good slice should have a deep, smoky flavor straight from the pan, but also hold its own in a BLT. Our cures are hand rubbed into the meat, not injected with liquids – resulting in a lower water content and less shrinkage. Just perfect hickory smoked slices, juicy and tender, sizzling in the pan. Locally sourced pork bellies are dry cured using the time-honored process of infusing with a mixture of salt, sugar and fresh herbs or spices to craft exciting flavors like Garlic Herb, Habanero, Memphis BBQ, Maple Molasses, Bourbon, and Reaper Pig. (Can you say 1.1 million Scoville’s hot??)

One pound of our premium bacon takes 10 days to make, but we think you’ll agree it’s worth the time and effort.

Don't Forget Dad This Father's Day!

Dad works hard all year long.
Early mornings, long days, fixing things that aren't broken, and always being there when you need him. This Sunday, give him something he’ll truly appreciate.

Our handcrafted, hickory-smoked bacon is the perfect Father's Day treat for the bacon lover in your life. Whether it's breakfast on Sunday morning or a gift he'll brag about to his friends, we've got Dad covered.

Stop by the West Chester Growers Market Saturday 9-1 or West Reading Farmers Market Sunday 10-1 this weekend and pick up a pack (or two) for Father's Day!

Because ties get forgotten... bacon gets remembered.

We'll also have our Harvest Crunch Freeze Dried Snacks as well.
