When I started enjoying Herbalife products, I had no energy to do really anything outside of work. I weighed around 235 lbs. I wore a # # shirt and 36 waist size pants and had a very low self esteem about my appearance. Now I weigh less than 200 lbs , wear a size large

So just had a conversation with my wife and business partner a.k.a. The boss if you ask her lol. It is with a heavy heart that as if 2 p.m. today when we close the doors, it will be for the last time. Not sure yet the future of Dothan Nutrition yet. Have had a couple of people asking about buying it from me. Just keep your eye on this page if that happens they or me will let everyone know. Again I am truly honored to have gotten to meet and bond with each and everyone one of you. I will surely miss all of you. So just want to give an update on our last days here. We have planned on closing Tuesday but as of now we have 8 Orange liftoff and 6 pomegranate liftoff left. When those are gone we are done. Rather it be today, tomorrow or Tuesday when they are gone we will close. Will update on here when we run out. Again thank you to all who have supported us through this chapter in our lives. We will miss all of you and can’t thank you enough because without you all there wouldn’t have been a Dothan Nutrition without all of you!!!

Also so for my protein balls. I will post the ingredients here for a couple of the main requests. And try to explain how to make them. If you still don’t understand come see me and I will show you how to make them. The recipes will make a batch of 5cups with 5 balls in each.
MONSTER BALLS
4 scoops of Peanut Cookie PDM
4 scoops of Cookies and Cream F1
1/2 cup of mini M&M’s
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
Mix together well until all powders are wet with the honey. Continue needing until texture is like you want it. Then make into a big ball and flatten back into flat in your bowl. Then start breaking off pieces of the mixture rolling it into whatever size you wat your protein balls. And enjoy!!!
COSMIC BROWNIE
4 scoops of Chocolate PDM
4 scoops of Dutch chocolate F1
2 tbsp of brownie batter Herbalife shake additive
1/2 cup classic almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup M&M’s

Also if you want me to teach you how to make your own at home I will gladly do that and give you access to order the products for your special one as a one time or show you how to order them every month.
