The Grazing Spread consisted of.
- Stacked - Dothan Smashburgers with all the fixins
-Conecuh sausage with pepper jelly
-Loaded Baked Beans
-Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Goat Cheese
-Sweet peppers stuffed with homemade buffalo chicken dip
-Charcuterie goodies

I’ve been sitting on this post for a few weeks because it still feels surreal.

As we work through the punch list, I keep asking myself: Have we done enough to give our guests a great experience? I believe we have. There are a few interior decorating details left, but we’re ready for this next chapter.

Some of our new team have already been training at “baby STACKED” inside Folklore. The rest start training next week. Seeing this team come together and realizing we’re this close to opening… this is wild.

Y’all have been asking online and face to face at Folklore Brewing & Meadery when STACKED Downtown would open. Here’s your answer:

Marie Howard has created another banger!!

Grilled chicken. Bright chimichurri. Melted provolone. Smoked paprika aioli. All tucked between two slices of buttery Texas toast. 🔥

She learned how to make cookie butter today, and y’all know she wasn’t going to leave it alone until kt was perfect 😂

Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake Cups are coming to STACKED! Creamy cheesecake, Biscoff cookie crumble, and house-made cookie butter layered into one little cup of trouble.

Shes already planning on needing to make extra. 🍪🤣
