Well Kats and Kittens, As some of you may know, Buffalo Gal will not be reopening. The time has come for us to attend to family matters. We are thankful for all of your support over the years. Your patronage and our amazing staff made Buffalo Gal a unique place. We will miss you all and Valley County.

Sauteed with white wine, lemon juice, garlic, and capers. Served with ricotta stuffed zucchini and herbed fresh angel hair pasta

Tuscan Salmon Lasagna
Salmon, ricotta cheese, spinach,

with pasta in a rosemary-alfredo sauce, topped with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
