BBQ Pop up alert!: RGV Catering & BBQ will be doing a bbq pop up at The Battle of 107 in Elsa Texas this Saturday April 21st. We'll be featuring award winning brisket, award winning chicken, award winning ribs, and sausage platters all in one. We'll have a platter that feeds up to 5 for $25 or up to 10-12 for $40. We can't forget our award winning beans! We'll throw in a pint or two. You may pre-order to secure your platter cause these trays of meaty goodness won't last. Oh, and while you're there you can check out the Crossfit battle of 107!

What a week for RGV Catering, catering for 110 on Friday, a cook off after the catering, more cook off on Saturday, and another catering on Sunday to close off the weekend. Lots of prep and cooking but wouldn't have it any other way! Btw...we got a finals table in brisket and in fajita AAAAND a 3rd place pork chop in the kids Q...gotta love it!
