We are out of caramel, but we have 7 jugs of White Chocolate and 5 jugs of Chocolate left! These are high quality Ghirardelli chocolate sauces in 87.3 ounce jugs. Our cost was $17.16 per jug. Message us on here if you want one (or more) at $15.

We were so busy Friday, our last day open, so I only had a few minutes to snap some pictures of our wonderful customers as we got the day started. To say we love our customers is an understatement. We have some wonderful people in this area and have really enjoyed getting to know you all. If I didn't get your picture just know it got too busy to have a phone in my hands, lol. As we wrap up the final minutes at River City, we are overwhelmed. What a crazy busy day. Thank you!!! Donna and Crystal have absolutely killed it today. To the point, that I even jumped in for a while. Thank you for a final day that was equal to 6 average days for us.

I woke up at midnight, thinking about the post for the final day of business for River City Coffee and Tea. Couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up and scheduled this to post for 7 am. Here it is:

Thank you for ALL of your kind words this week.
Huge THANK YOU to Liz and Megan as they started new careers this week. I loved eavesdropping on them as the greeted customers with, "Oh wow, your hair looks great" or as they talked to your child in the backseat. I know they will miss you all.
Again, Doniphan is a tough market to own a restaurant in so please support them.
We'll be back soon.... we aren't sure what we'll look like but we'll be back.

We have made four different posts today about River City Coffee and Tea closing. We want you to be fully informed. We hope you caught them all. This post is just to THANK all of you for your business and support.
Over the last (almost) three years, we have tried to be as generous as we could with our local schools and organizations. (Maybe even to the point of contributing to our demise. But that's ok.) I just want to encourage all local businesses... Support Our Kids!

The word is out there. River City Coffee and Tea will be closing Friday, October 25th. Here's where we are in the proces...

The word is out there. River City Coffee and Tea will be closing Friday, October 25th. Here's where we are in the process. We still have the space leased and do not want to give it up. We'll pay rent for a few months while we decide. We have considered expanding River City Hair and adding tanning beds. We'd love to find a massage therapist and offer that service. We have looked into bringing Ozempic, etc shots to Doniphan, but have met with too many complications. We have considered using the space for another type of business, but what???? We have even considered closing for the winter and re-opening in the spring with coffee in the morning and 24 flavors of soft serve ice cream in the evenings. We welcome your suggestions and ideas. Please!
