Come on down to the Blue Fish Cafe in Dongola and treat yourself to our huge Catfish Platter! 2 enormous fillets of Catfish served with hush puppies, Cauliflower Salad or Cole Slaw and a side of your choice await you and your special someone! Saturday is here! The weather is beautiful!! Take a gorgeous drive through the hills of Southern Illinois down to the Blue Fish Cafe in Dongola and have us do the cooking!!!

Three Cheers for Thursday!!! Come on down to the Blue Fish Cafe in Dongola and stay cooler by having us cook for you in this heat! Our special today is our juicy and succulent Italian Beef Sandwich and a side of your choice! We slow cook Chuck Roasts for 12 hours until they develop a thick beautiful glaze, pile them high with Mozzarella cheese and load it up on a freshly baked hoagie roll, served with pickles and banana peppers and peperoncinis upon request! Then choose your side: French fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings, okra, spicy pickle fries, fried portobello mushrooms, breaded and fried crawfish tails, Cole slaw, cauliflower salad, green beans, or a side salad chopped in house using only fresh Romaine lettuce!
