NOTICE: Family, friends, and supporters, thank you for always riding with us 🙏🏽
With school and family schedules ramping up, and with more of my time going toward coursework, I’m not able to properly operate and maintain the truck at the level I expect of myself, so we’re adjusting operations for a while:
✔ fewer weekly truck nights (1–2 select evenings) offering a reduced menu. Tacos. Fries. Wings.
✔ operating mainly Fridays or Saturdays,
✔ focusing on weekend private catering and special events,
(If we have a catered event, Fridays may be used for prep.)
We’ll still pop up when we can, just on a tighter schedule.
