It's been a while. Time to get back to one of the things I love, baking!!!

I have decided to make cheesecakes for Christmas. Pick-up/delivery will be Dec 19-21. Cheesecakes will be wrapped in plastic wrap, toppings will be in a separate container.

Keeping it simple this year since we will be traveling. I will have avaialabel to order vanilla, chocolate, and pumpkin for $50, can be on a graham cracker or oreo crust. $10 to add a topping, strawberry, cherry, blueberry. I will also have oreo cheesecakes for $60.

All money is going to the animal shelter. The highest bidders will have to send me confirmation of the donation to an animal shelter of their choice or send me the money and I will give ALL of it to my local animal shelter. Place bid under 1 of the pictures. 2 different cookie pictures but the same thing is in each box. And this cake is BIG, better wear your stretchy pants!

Being laid up after foot surgery has been tough!! Since I can't stand for very long and I had decided it was too much work to bake and decorate.

But.....I did have some supplies that needed used up!

So........ I have 3 items I'm going to auction off. There are 2 boxes with 1 dozen frosted sugar cookies and 1 triple layer chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream.

The first coat just got put on the cake so that is not a finished picture just in process.

I will deliver up to 2.5hrs away from Divide CO.
