Happy Anniversary Encounters. It was on November 1st 2019 we opened our doors for the first time. The next 3 years was an extremely trying time for this world. We definitely had our share of ups and downs in the c19 years. Operating a business during this period had a very unique set of challenges. We would like to say thank you to everyone who supported us during one of the most difficult times in all of our lives. A special thanks to Illinois Country Living for picking us as one of the 12 featured restaurants in all of Illinois for 2022. That story really helped us make it through a difficult period. It brought many of you to us for the first time. We made some wonderful memories and life long friends that will never be forgotten. We may not be there cooking, but we still look out for our family. Beware are certain ingredients/additives, unless you are into insects. No to 6 legs. No thanks. No legs no way. The only bugs I want got ate by a chicken. Chicken makes tasty quasadillas.

This is it. Today is our last day. It has been a wonderful 3.5 year journey. We have met so many kind and wonderful people. You will all be missed very much. We will be open until 8 pm today or until we run out of food. 👽❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. Be Nice. ❤️👽👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

UPDATE.. Encounters last day will be in 4 days. At 8pm this Friday February the 17th Encounters will lock the doors for the last time. We have enjoyed meeting so many new friends over the last 3.5 years. You will all be missed 👽❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. We hope to cya all by this Friday to say our farewells. 👽😭

Happy Nachoday. All nachos are $1 off all day. All gift shop and decorations are 50% off. Thank you to everyone who has come out the last two days. You are greatly appreciated by our family. We have a few small and medium t-shirts left. They are only $2.50 each. Our last day serving food will be Saturday 25th of February.

It is with a sad heart we announce the coming end of Encounters. Our last day for us will be February 25th. Staring today until Saturday 2/25 all gift shop items will be 50% off. Over the last 3.5 years many of you have become family. You will definitely be missed. This sale is gift shop only at this point. As the days pass decor will be included.
