Pho Bay doing our part:

-In preparation for the dining areas to re-open, we have cleaned and disinfected all surfaces (door handles, cash registers, workstations, sink handles, bathroom stalls, countertops/bars, menus, receipt trays, condiment holders, etc.)
-We have ensured the ventilation system is operating properly.
-Tables are spread out 6 feet apart, accommodating parties of 6 or less per table.
-We are operating at 50% capacity.
-Employees must wear masks while serving customers.
-Employees must practice frequent hand-washing with soap and water, or hand sanitizer.
-Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day, thus service may be slower due to the extra time needed in between parties.
-Signs are posted up to remind everyone to practice safe distancing, to stay home if they’re sick, symptoms of COVID-19, and ways to protect themselves and others.
-We continue to offer carry out and delivery options.

Customers' cooperation:

-Customers are encouraged to practice safe distancing while waiting to be seated.
-Customers must wear a mask upon entering the restaurant and as they walk pass other diners. They can take their mask off once they are seated at their table.
-Customers are encouraged to practice frequent hand-washing or use of hand sanitizer.
-Please be understanding of our effort and the precautions we have in place to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers. If anyone disagrees with any of this, we kindly ask you to use the carry out option, or come back and dine with us at a later time. Stay healthy and be safe!
