A whole decade. 3,652 days since we first lit the grills at Encore Teppan.
When we opened those doors ten years ago today, we had a dream to serve great food and put on a good show. But looking back, we realize we built something much bigger than a restaurant. We built a community.

Over the last ten years, these teppan tables haven’t just seen fried rice and fire volcanoes. They’ve witnessed proposals, birthdays, graduations, and reunions. We’ve watched your children grow up, and we’ve become friends with so many of you who started as customers.

To our incredible staff, past and present: You are the heartbeat of Encore. Thank you for bringing the energy, the skill, and the heart every single shift.

To our community: “Encore” means a repeated performance, a call for more. Thank you for demanding an encore from us for ten incredible years. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for allowing us to be part of your lives.
